== Miscellaneous Changes ==
+ Reverted furnace rewrites due to buggy behaviour

+ [[Olivine]] now smelts as fast as [[nether coal]], but only smelts 1 item.

+ Fences and painted fences now connect to each other properly

+ You can now craft all wooden crafting recipes with painted planks

+ Made some experimental optimizations to  ore generation, and increased ore spawn-rates in extended worlds

+ You can now use wooden planks, painted planks, and the log/[[Tree|sapling]] variants as furnace fuel

+ Snow under [[Tree|trees]] now melts outside winter

+ Added a "[[Tree|tree]] shadowing" video setting for enabling beta 1.8 style leaf shading.

== Texture changes ==
- The [[blast furnace]] now has a unique textures

- Lapis, lapis bricks and redstone blocks have been touched up a tad

- Mossy wood is now a lot more mossy

- Painted plank colors have been changed to better reflect their wool counterparts

== Rebalance changes ==
- All tool durability has been changed to round up to multiples of a stack of items

- Diamond and steel's durability has been buffed from 500 and 1500 to 768 and 1280 respectively

- Steel is now slightly faster than iron, but is still slower than diamond.

+ Fixed sounds playing out of the .minecraft folder

+ Fixed signs breaking dirt paths

+ Fixed sleeping sinking you into the ground

+ Fixed a variety of sound effect bugs on servers

+ Fixed ore variants able to be broken with the wrong tools 

+ Fixed top slabs suffocating players when standing under them

+ Flowering cherry leaves can now be harvested by right clicking and appear in the creative menu

+ [[Tree|Eucalyptus saplings]] no longer generated broken [[Tree|trees]]

+ Buffed spike damage output from 4 to 5

+ Webs now break the player's fall completely

+ Fixed worlds either spawning entirely brick dungeons or entirely mossy dungeons

+ Fixed a couple of bugs with layers merging into full blocks
