The pebble is an item that can be obtained by trommeling dirt and other blocks (see full list of items here → Trommel). The pebble can be used to craft 2 cobblestone with 4 pebbles or be used as a projectile that deals 0.5 hearts of damage (right click to throw). The pebble does not break when thrown and can be used unlimited times. Fun fact: One can skip pebbles across water.
