Trees are part of the terrain that naturally generate on the most part of the world's surface. There are currently 7 types of trees in the game: Oak, Swamp, Birch, Pine, Cherry, Eucalyptus, Shrub and Retro. Trees are natural source of logs and saplings and change their appearance throughout the seasons.

Every type of tree can be grown using their corresponding sapling type, except swamp, which will grow based on whether an oak sapling has been placed in a swamp biome.

Trees stop growing in winter, and their leaves stop dropping leaves. (Except pine trees.)
