The basket is a block that collects dropped items. Baskets can store up to 1728 items, or 27 stacks worth of items.

Usage
Collecting items
The basket can collect items when the items fall on top of the block. The items can be collected and all items inside it will be stored in the player's inventory. If the inventory becomes full, the remaining items stay inside the basket.
