Bug Fixes

+ Fixed furnaces resetting when an item is exhausted

+ Oak chests can now be opened when placed below oak chests

+ Fixed maps being blank in multiplayer

+ Fixed placing signs kicking the player

+ The guidebook now fills out properly in multiplayer

+ Fixed a bug that made collected items invisible to clients upon death

+ Removed debug information from server console

+ Doors and torches can now be placed on top and full slabs
