Iron ore deposits generate underground, replacing stone, basalt, limestone and granite. Iron ore can also be found uncovered in caves and mountains.

Mining

Raw Iron Ore can be obtained by mining iron ore with a stone pickaxe or higher. If mined with a lower pickaxe tier or without a pickaxe, it drops nothing. If mined with a golden pickaxe, it drops itself.
