Mossy stone can be obtained in large deposits that can generate underground.
Breaking
Mossy stone requires a pickaxe to be mined, in which case it drops itself. When mined without a pickaxe, it drops nothing.
Post-generation
Mossy stone can spread to stone blocks to become other mossy stone blocks.
