Permafrost is a variant of Stone found in glacier biomes, primarily underground.
Obtaining
Natural generation
Permafrost is a hard stone block that makes up most of the terrain in glacier biomes in the Overworld. It is usually found beneath layers of Snow, but can be found in uncovered caves and hills. Permafrost can only generate between y-levels ?? and ??.
Permafrost can also generate as part of labyrinths inside of glaciers.
Smelting
Permafrost can be made by smelting Cobbled Permafrost.

Usage
