A block of nether coal is a mineral block made from nether coal that can be used as a fuel.

Blocks of nether coal drop themselves when mined by any pickaxe. If mined without a pickaxe, it drops nothing.

Usage
Blocks of nether coal are often used to store Nether Coal in a compact fashion, or otherwise used as a fairly expensive construction block.

Can be used in a regular furnace or a blast furnace to smelt 128 items.
