Natural generation[edit | edit source]
Limestone is one of the most frequently generated blocks in the Overworld, usually found beneath layers of dirt and above a layer of stone underground. Limestone can also be found uncovered in caves, mountains, oceans, etc.
Smelting[edit | edit source]
As with every cobblestone variant excluding mossy cobblestone, cobbled limestone can be smelted in a furnace for limestone.
