Cobblestone is a common block obtained from mining stone. It is mainly used as a building block or a crafting ingredient.

Variants of cobblestone include cobbled basalt, cobbled granite, cobbled limestone, cobbled permafrost and mossy cobblestone.

Obtaining[edit | edit source]

Natural generation[edit | edit source]

Cobblestone can generate in dungeons and parts of labyrinths.

Post-generation[edit | edit source]

Flowing water that comes in contact with flowing lava can create a block of cobblestone. This depends on how far the lava source is from the water source, as it may create cobbled granite or cobbled basalt.
