Cobblestone is a common block obtained from mining stone. It is mainly used as a building block or a crafting ingredient.
Variants of cobblestone include cobbled basalt, cobbled granite, cobbled limestone, cobbled permafrost and mossy cobblestone.
Obtaining
Natural generation
Cobblestone can generate in dungeons and parts of labyrinths.
Post-generation
Flowing water that comes in contact with flowing lava can create a block of cobblestone. This depends on how far the lava source is from the water source, as it may create cobbled granite or cobbled basalt.
